Return/exchange of quality goods of inadequate quality
Should Customers of “MK-Periodica” detect inadequate quality of the goods, received as per their Order, they have the right to reject the above goods. Should you have any complaints, please contact the operator of the store through the feedback form in the "Contact Us" section and report the problem.
If you received the goods of inadequate quality, and this has not been agreed in advance by the seller, you have the right to benefit from the provisions of the Russian Federation Law "On Protection of Consumers' Rights” and the provisions of the "Rules for Remote Sale of Goods":
If the product was transferred in breach of the contract regarding the quantity, assortment, completeness, container and (or) packing of the goods, the Customer shall notify the seller of those violations no later than 20 days after receipt of the goods.
A Product of inadequate quality is defined as a defective product that lacks essential functional qualities.
The products, which differ from the description stated on the website in terms of elements of decoration and design only, while maintaining the functionality and content, shall not be considered products of inadequate quality.
According to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N55 dated January 19, 1998, non-periodical publications (books, brochures, albums, maps and printed music, unbound art editions, calendars, booklets, publications reproduced on technical data storage media) cannot be returned or exchanged for a similar product of a different size, shape, dimensions, style, color or scope of supply.
Terms of return/exchange of inadequate quality goods
• Purchase Return is originally made at the expense of the Customer. Upon receipt of the goods and confirmation of the presence of the claimed defects that arose through no fault of the Customer, "MK-Periodica" undertakes to reimburse these costs. Please keep the postal receipt confirming the Purchase Return.
• Refunds are made in the same way the purchase was completed (to the same bankcard or the same bank account from which your funds were transferred).
• The funds can be returned to your bonus account in the "MK-Periodica" online store. You can use the same funds to pay for future orders in the "MK-Periodica" online store.
Any of the above requirements shall be presented in writing, for which it is necessary to create a claim via the feedback form in the "Contact Us" section.
Refunds in the event of termination of subscriptions to periodicals through the fault of the publisher
If you have a long-term subscription to a periodical, which ended before the expiration of your subscription, you will be refunded the money for the undelivered publications.
Refunds are made in the same way the purchase was completed (to the same bankcard or the same bank account from which your funds were transferred).

In case of any claims from our customers, we settle disputes using pre-court methods.
